Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
1. Who We Are
Your privacy is important to us. Adventus Education LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the website www.calregional.com and the healthcare training programs marketed under the name CALRegional (“CALRegional”). This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, attend an info session, enroll in a program, or otherwise interact with us.
This policy applies to https://calregional.com/, forms and tools hosted on that site, and other sites we own and operate. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, or to CALRegional Training Institute’s or partner schools’ own systems where those are operated separately.

4. GradTracker
If you enroll in a program, your enrollment agreement includes an opt-in to GradTracker, a system CALRegional uses to track student employment outcomes as required by state governing bodies. GradTracker contacts you by text message and email to collect job status information at the start of your program and at intervals after completion.
GradTracker consent is given as part of signing your enrollment agreement, separately from the marketing text message consent described in Section 6. You can find the details of that consent in your enrollment agreement.

6. Text Messages and Marketing Communications
If you check the box consenting to receive text messages on a form, you consent to receive marketing and support messages from CALRegional via SMS and MMS, including through automated technology.
